Concrete Pouring

Perhaps the main service we want to do with our concrete company is to make your dreams come true. If you trust us with your brand new driveway, patio, sidewalk, and more, we won't let you down. New projects are always our favorite, just like when you feel proud when it's over and looks good, so are we because we were there too! We take great care with every major project we undertake and deliver the highest possible quality.

Each project is unique. And each client will have different needs and different planning requirements. We value diversity, just like we never do the same project twice. However, every time we do an installation, we follow the same general process to make sure there are no mistakes or delays, whether it's a commercial or residential installation.
  1. Preparation: The first thing to do on any job site is to clear the area and clear the site, which can often require bulky equipment to clear old trees, grass, concrete, or whatever needs to be removed. After clearing, we mark the exact measurements of the concrete, then spread the foundation over the area and compact it in preparation for pouring.
  2. Forming: After the preparation step, we install the concrete samples. They are placed along the sides of the entire concrete area and held in place by stakes that can be easily removed once the concrete has set.
  3. Pouring Placement: It's time to pour concrete. We can tow our truck to the exact location and pour our concrete from there. If not, we use a pump to get it to exactly where it's needed. Our expects will smooth the concrete as it is poured to avoid air pockets and achieve an even surface finish.
  4. Pre-finish: We need to level the top of the concrete and make sure it looks even. Then we compact the concrete. Depending on the needs of each customer, we can perform the process of using steel trowels to create a harder and smoother top layer.
  5. Finish: Now that the surface is prepared, we proceed to pour the finish for the concrete. You can choose from our different finishes.
  6. Curing: Now we start the hardening process. We recommend using the curing product immediately after finishing. Filtration lasts 28 days, but the first week is the most important. We would also recommend listening to our timing recommendations before driving or walking on your freshly poured concrete.
